Property is centrally located within easy walking distance to L'arc de Triomphe. There are many bus stops and metro stations nearby, as well as restaurants. The area is lively but the hotel rooms are very quiet. Hotel staff are helpful.

This hotel is beautiful and very good location. There is a market a pharmacy, coffee shop around it and the metro station is walkable distance. You can see the arco del triunfo from the hotel and is walkable distance too Staff is amazing!! Very friendly!

Everything was as expected at Elsa hotel. The only issue is that I asked for ice and it was impossible to get. The ice machine was broken … I was told. They suggested I go to the restaurant next door, which I thought was part of the hotel, and they refused to give me ice. It was 25C in April. I wished they would have suggested to go down the street to a little convenient store which had ice. I found that the day after… So if I had to improve anything, I would suggest they have at least two employees on the property so someone can help the clients when needed. At many occasion, I was told there was only one person working there… And obviously cannot leave the front desk/welcome area. But otherwise, the stay went well. The room was small, but very comfortable, and actually more quiet that I would expect. 4 out of 5. For the price I cannot complain.
