Checking was easy and quick. We noticed our room smelled a bit musty and management was quick to change our room and even upgrade us. Now we paid to have an amazing view and it truly was. I will say the rooms are outdated. The headboard, other furniture and curtains really need to be updated. The couch in our room was in really bad shape, stains all over and rips on the armrests. Lobby was beautiful and having a Starbucks was great. Parking is expensive and the elevator wait time took over 20mins two different times. Overall we still had a great time and the view is one of the best.

Unbelievable bad experience. My room is not the one that I booked and the air conditioning does not work and the parking is overpriced. I will never come back to this hotel ever again and I will NOT recommend to anyone of my friends and family.
